BUFFALO CREEK

Buffalo Creek Golf Club is a prestigious community of approximately 700 home sites ranging in price from approximately $300,000 to $1,500,000. THE HILLS AT BUFFALO CREEK

The Hills at Buffalo Creek is the prestigious estate section of Buffalo Creek Golf Club Estates.  The gated  area consists of 28 exclusive home sites with very restrictive deed restrictions.  The minimum home size is 5,000 square feet of living area.  Most of the  homes  are  in the 7,500 to 10,000 square foot range.  Many of the estate homes feature guest houses, pool cabanas, and private gates.   The price range of the homes is difficult to determine.  Most have been custom built for their owners and have never been listed for sale and have strict confidentially agreements regarding the cost between the builder and the homeowner.  Based on reasonable guesswork, it is estimated that the homes range in price from $950,000 to $5,000,000.

The Tennis Village at Buffalo Creek is a very unique area of the Buffalo Creek master plan.  The 68 lots have been designed to accommodate family homes ranging in size from 2,200 sq. ft. to 4,500 sq ft.  The lots are wider than many typical single family lots.  Those adjustments allow an architect or builder to easily accommodate a one story home with a 3 car garage if requested.

Chisholm Crossing is a community of approximately 90 home sites located in the small rural city of McClendom Chisholm in Rockwall County. 

The typical lot is 1 ½ acres. The typical home value ranges from $300,000 to $750,000.  The minimum square footage for a home per the deed restrictions is 2,200 square feet of living area.  However, the typical square footage usually ranges from 3,200 to 5,000 square feet.

 

Chisholm Crossing was designed to appeal to homeowners who wanted a larger yard and more open  space for their lifestyle, yet wanted to be in the highly acclaimed Rockwall Independent School District.

Even though the location is rural in nature, it is surprisingly close in.  It is only about five minutes south of I-30 along State Highway 205.  It is  located at the corner of State Highway 205 and FM 550.   Chisholm Crossing is approximately  five miles east of Heath via FM 550 and ten minutes north of Terrell via State Highway 205.

RAINBOW LAKE ESTATES
Rainbow Lake Estates is an exclusive community of 66 home sites in Rockwall Texas near Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital.  The custom homes typically range in price from $300,000 to $750,000.  Many of the lots are nestled along the scenic Rainbow Lake.  The greenbelt along the northern shore is available for use by all Rainbow Lake homeowners.  It is not unusual to see families having a picnic or couples just walking hand in hand along the shoreline.

Whittle Development donated land to the City of Rockwall Parks Department adjacent to Rainbow Lake Estates.  The City owns and maintains this beautiful park known as The Fox Chase Park.   It features jogging trails, outdoor basketball courts, playgrounds and fishing ponds.

Cobblestone Business Park is located at the corner of Horizon and FM 549 in Heath.  Baylor Medical Center is the anchor of this office park of 28 lots/office buildings.

The current office users include physician offices, dentist, high tech, architects, Cross Fit, professional call center, staff leasing companies, corporate recruiters, Elite Pet Suites and the home to Whittle Development Inc.
